We recently stayed in a room on the second floor and overall, it was quite good. The cleanliness of the room and the freshness of the bedsheets were certainly appreciated. However, there were a few issues we encountered during our stay. Unfortunately, there was no internet connection for three days, which we understand was due to an interruption in the whole area. We also experienced some difficulties with the toilet. The bidet was not functioning well; at times, there was no water, and its design made it inconvenient to use compared to standard bidets. Additionally, the water quality was concerning, as it appeared yellowish. The flushing mechanism was quite loud and continued to make sounds for about five minutes, which suggested there might have been a drainage issue. Despite these challenges, we did enjoy our stay and appreciate the efforts made by the staff. Thank you for providing a clean and comfortable environment.

This was our third time booking at this dormitel, mainly because we loved the room we stayed in on the second floor. Unfortunately, both the second and third floors were fully booked, so we had to take a room on the fourth floor, which was exhausting since there’s no elevator. The room we received wasn’t as nice as the one on the second floor. While it was larger, it wasn’t as clean. We found used towels, an empty shampoo sachet, and soap left in the bathroom, and the walls were not well-maintained. There were also a few small cockroaches. The cabinet in the room was damaged, and there was an abandoned clothes hanger. The only positive was the sink inside the room. Overall, we felt disappointed, though the bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels seemed new. On a positive note, they allowed us to check out at 2 PM for free, which was nice. We would consider staying here again, but only on the second floor.

We were hesitant to book at first due to a lack of reviews, but our experience exceeded our expectations. This accommodation deserves an honest review. We stayed for 2 nights and found it easy to access, with friendly staff. Omni Dormitel is the best budget option we have tried. The Chinese staff member, likely the owner, was very professional and quickly shared helpful information like the Wi-Fi password and nearby stores. The room was clean and cozy, with plenty of storage. It felt like home. The lighting was nice, but the TV did not work well. The air conditioning was good, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Our only concern was security since the room lock was broken, but we could still lock the door with a key. Despite outside noise from karaoke at night, we did not hear much inside the room.
